THE E7 BATS 30-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
At E7 Bats, we believe your gear should be as relentless as your work ethic. We source the highest-grade billets and apply elite-level precision to every turn of the lathe. Because we trust our process, we back every bat with a 30-day structural warranty.
When you step into the box with E7, you’re swinging with the confidence that we’ve got your back.
The Coverage
If your bat suffers a structural failure or reveals a manufacturing flaw within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same model. We define "covered" as any break or defect that occurs during the course of standard, high-level play.
The Ground Rules
To qualify for a replacement, please ensure the following:
- Keep Your Paperwork: A valid receipt or digital order confirmation is mandatory.
- Baseballs Only: The warranty is only valid if the bat was used exclusively with regulation baseballs.
- The Inspection: All warranty claims are subject to a professional inspection by the E7 team to verify the nature of the break.
What Isn’t Covered
Even the best wood has its limits. Our warranty does not extend to:
- Off-Label Use: Damage from hitting dimpled cage balls, weighted training balls, or anything that isn't a regulation baseball.
- Battle Scars: Normal cosmetic wear, including paint chips, scratches, or minor surface dents.
- Intentional Abuse: Damage resulting from "bat flips" into hard surfaces, slamming the bat, or making any DIY alterations to the finish or shape.
- Cup Chips: Minor chipping around the cupped end that does not impact the bat's structural integrity.
E7 PRO-TIPS: MAXIMIZING YOUR BAT'S LIFE
Wood is a natural, living material. To ensure your E7 bat performs at its peak for as long as possible, follow these pro-level maintenance habits:
- Face the Label: Always hit with the brand logo facing up (or down). This ensures the ball impacts the "edge grain"—the strongest part of the wood—minimizing the risk of "flaking" or snapping.
- Avoid the "Yellow" Balls: Never use your E7 bat with dimpled yellow cage balls. These are significantly denser than regulation baseballs and are the #1 cause of premature wood failure.
- Mind the Temperature: Wood expands and contracts. Avoid leaving your bat in a hot trunk or a freezing garage. Extreme temperatures can make the fibers brittle or soft, leading to cracks.
- Keep it Dry: If you play in the rain or dew, wipe your bat down immediately with a soft cloth. Moisture absorption can change the weight and balance of the wood.
- Clean the Barrel: Use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a rag to remove excess pine tar and ball marks. A clean barrel helps you spot hairline fractures before they become major breaks.
